EHH Report for Data Quality

Report Purpose and Summary

The EHH Report for Data Quality reviews project data entry practices along with key performance metrics identified by DEHCR and its partners. The report is designed for use at the program, agency, and/or system level and, while DEHCR uses this report for EHH project monitoring, the report may be run for any project regardless of funding source.

The report covers data points including:

  • Number of clients served
  • Project level data completeness score
  • Data timeliness at entry and exit
  • Key demographic information
  • Key performance measures identified for five project types: Housing, Emergency Shelter, Street Outreach, Homelessness Prevention, and Supportive Services Only.

The EHH Report for Data Quality - Program Details Report is a companion report intended to help projects ensure the data pulling into the main report is accurate. The Program Details report identifies the individual client records impacting the data quality score along with a user-level data quality score and can be used to support data clean up and program improvement efforts.
