WI-500 NOFO Project Scoring

Background

This report was created to provide the information requested by the Balance of State CoC when completing their project scoring for the CoC competition. Agencies may generate this report for their CoC-funded projects. A Looker license is required to run this report.

Instructions

Step 1: Click on the Launchpad Icon, and select the Reports icon.

Step 2: Once on the Reports main page navigate to the Data Analysis tab

Then click the down arrow next to the DASHGreatLakes folder to expand the section. Scroll down until you see the BoS CoC heading and click "RUN" on the WI-500 NOFO Project Scoring report.

Step 3: Select Prompts

All report prompts are configured to generate the NOFO report for the most recent federal reporting period that is used for CoC Competition scoring. The only prompt that you need to update is the Program Name prompt.
Program Name - select the program for which you would like to run the report.
- Note: you should run the report for one program at a time. Do not run the report for multiple projects at a time.

Downloading the Report

To download the report, click the three dots on the upper right-hand side of the screen and click "Download."

If you want the report in CSV format, click "Download."

If you would rather have the report in PDF format, click the arrow to the right of CSV and choose PDF.

Check the box next to "Expand tables to show all rows" and click "Download."
