Clients Returning from Permanent Housing Situations
Background
This report looks at clients who exited a program during a designated reporting period, and provides a count of those clients who exited to a permanent destination and then returned to homelessness within a 1 year period of time and within a 2 year period of time. It was created to provide data for EHH Lead Applicants completing the Allocation Scoring Tool.
Instructions
Step 1: Click on the Launchpad icon and select the Reports icon.

Step 2: Click on the Data Analysis tab.

Next, click to expand the Dashgreatlakes Clarity System Reports folder.

The report is under the HOME heading and is entitled Clients Returning from Permanent Housing Situations. Click "RUN".
Step 3: Select the prompts.
- Reporting Period Filter: select the appropriate date range
- For the 2026-2027 EHH Application, use 6/1/2025 until 6/1/2026
- Program Name: select the name(s) of the program(s) you would like to generate the report for
- Veteran Status: leave as "is any value" to include all clients
- Program Setup CoC: leave as "is any value"
- Local Coc Code: leave as "is any value"
- Project Type Code: leave as "is any value"
- Continuum Project: leave as "is any value"
Once you have selected your prompts, click the Update button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Downloading the Report
To download the report, click the three dots on the upper right-hand side of the screen and click "Download."
If you want the report in CSV format, click "Download."
If you would rather have the report in PDF format, click the arrow to the right of CSV and choose PDF.

Check the box next to "Expand tables to show all rows" and click "Download."
