Homelessness Prevention - Income Increase

Background

This report shows the number and percent of households that increased their income from project entry to exit while participating in a Homeless Prevention program. It was created to provide data for EHH Lead Applicants completing the Allocation Scoring Tool for Homeless Prevention programs.

Instructions

Step 1: Click on the Launchpad icon and select the Reports icon.

Step 2: Click on the Data Analysis tab.

Next, click to expand the Dashgreatlakes Clarity System Reports folder.

The report is under the DEHCR heading and is entitled Homelessness Prevention - Income Increase. Click "RUN".

Step 3: Select the prompts.

Project Exit Date: select the appropriate date range
- For the 2026-2027 EHH Application, use 10/1/2025 until 6/1/2026
Program Name: select the name(s) of the Homeless Prevention Program(s) you would like to generate the report for
Project Type Code: leave as "is Homelessness Prevention"
Data Collection Stage: leave as "is Project Exit"

Once you have selected your prompts, click the Update button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Downloading the Report

To download the report, click the three dots on the upper right-hand side of the screen and click "Download."

If you want the report in CSV format, click "Download."

If you would rather have the report in PDF format, click the arrow to the right of CSV and choose PDF.

Check the box next to "Expand tables to show all rows" and click "Download."
