Monthly Performance Report

Background

The Monthly Performance Report was created for the Waukesha Local Homeless Coalition to assist them in tracking specific metrics on a monthly basis. These metrics were chosen by the coalition and include the following:

Total Clients Exiting
Clients Exiting to Permanent Destinations
Percentage of Clients Exiting to Permanent Destinations

There are additional metrics based on project type. The report has one section per project type and an additional section at the bottom that provides client details.

A Looker license is required to run this report.

Instructions

Step 1: Click on the Launchpad icon and select the Reports icon.

Step 2: Click on the Data Analysis tab.

Next, click on Dashgreatlakes Clarity System Reports to expand the section. The report is under the Home heading and is titled Monthly Performance Report. Click "RUN."

Step 3: Select the prompts.

Reporting Period Filter: Select the month that you want data for.
- EX: To get data for December 2025, choose "is from 2025/12/01 until 2026/01/01"
Agency Name: Select your agency name to report on all programs administered by your agency.
Program Name: If you want to look at metrics for a specific program, select it here. Otherwise, leave as is.
Local CoC Code: This defaults to "BoS - Waukesha CoC." If you are in the Waukesha CoC, leave as is. Otherwise, select your Local CoC.
Once you have selected your prompts, click the Reload icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen.

Downloading the Report

To download the report, click the three dots on the upper right-hand side of the screen and click "Download."

If you want the report in CSV format, click "Download."

If you would rather have the report in PDF format, click the arrow to the right of CSV and choose PDF.

Check the box next to "Expand tables to show all rows" and click "Download."
