2025 Income Validations

Use this tool to determine whether households are under the Federal Poverty Line (FPL) or Area Median Income (AMI).
This tool uses the Federal Poverty Guidelines and the Area Median Income Limits. If you notice this tool is out of date, please contact your system administrator.

LSA Bed Inventory Tool - Use this to resolve HIC/HMIS Bed Inventory discrepancies for the LSA. Upload your HIC data from HDX & select files from the LSA export. Tool will compare and identify programs with bed inventories that do not match between submitted HIC data and HMIS.
PIT App (Streamlit) - Use this tool to review PIT Unsheltered/non-HMIS surveys. Identifies possible duplicates, aggregates, and combines with HMIS data in HUD format. (Works with standardized Google Forms and DV Templates.)
