2025 Income Validations

Use this tool to determine whether households are under the Federal Poverty Line (FPL) or Area Median Income (AMI).
This tool uses the Federal Poverty Guidelines and the Area Median Income Limits. If you notice this tool is out of date, please contact your system administrator.

LSA Bed Inventory Tool

Shiny App

Use this to resolve HIC/HMIS Bed Inventory discrepancies for the LSA. Upload your HIC data from HDX & select files from the LSA export. Tool will compare and identify programs with bed inventories that do not match between submitted HIC data and HMIS.

PIT App

Streamlit

Use this tool to review PIT Unsheltered/non-HMIS surveys. Identifies possible duplicates, aggregates, and combines with HMIS data in HUD format. (Works with standardized Google Forms and DV Templates.)

System Performance Measure 2
- Tracks housing stability by analyzing if and when clients return to homeless services after exiting to permanent housing. Examines exits within lookback period before the reporting period and categorizes returns by timing (<6 months, 6-12 months, 12-24 months, >24 months), same as SPM2.
Inbound Recidivism
- Tracks each client's first entry during the reporting period. Categorizes clients as: New (no prior exit), Returning (from non-housing), or Returning from Housing (from permanent destinations). Configurable lookback window for finding prior exits.
Outbound Recidivism
- Similar to SPM2 but analyzes returns based on each client's last exit during the reporting period. Tracks both general returns and returns to homelessness (with special PH re-entry rules).
General Dashboard
- Comprehensive HMIS analysis across 5 modules:
  - Overview (flow metrics, PH exits, returns)
  - Demographics (breakdowns by race/gender/age)
  - Trends (time series analysis)
  - Length of Stay (enrollment-level)
  - Equity (statistical disparity testing with p-values and disparity indices).

Multi-APR Combiner

This application takes in multiple APR .zip files and merges the data together into one, easy-to-use, Excel table. Just upload the .zip files, wait for them to load, select the columns you want, and then download.
