Services and Time Tracking
Background
This report was created to detail the services recorded for clients within a program enrollment. It includes a column that highlights the time tracking feature. Please note that the time tracking feature is only available for case management services. A Looker license is required to run this report.
Instructions
Step 1: Click on the Launchpad icon and select the Reports icon.
Step 2: Click on the Data Analysis tab.
Next, click on Dashgreatlakes Clarity System Reports to expand the section. The report is under the Home heading and is titled Services and Time Tracking. Click "RUN."
Step 3: Select the prompts.
- Reporting Period Filter: Select the timeframe that you want to look at
- Program Setup CoC: Select your CoC
- Agency Name: Select your agency name
- Program Name: If you want to look at the services recorded for a specific program, select it here. Otherwise, leave as is.
- Head of Household (Yes/No): If you want to look at the services recorded for Heads of Household only, select "Yes." If you want to look at the services recorded for non-Heads of Household only, select "No." Otherwise, leave as is.
- Service Name: If you want to look at a specific service, select it here. Otherwise, leave as is.
Note: If a service has not been recorded during the reporting period, it will not appear. - Service Item Name: If you want to look at a specific service item, select it here. Otherwise, leave as is.
Note: If a service has not been recorded during the reporting period, it will not appear. - Once you have selected your prompts, click the Reload icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
Downloading the Report
To download the report, click the three dots on the upper right-hand side of the screen and click "Download."
If you want the report in CSV format, click "Download."
If you would rather have the report in PDF format, click the arrow to the right of CSV and choose PDF.
Check the box next to "Expand tables to show all rows" and click "Download."
