DEHCR Monitoring Report

Background

This report was created to provide the information requested by DEHCR when completing their monitoring. It is intended to be run by each agency for their programs.

Instructions

Step 1: Click on the Launchpad Icon, and select the Reports icon.

Step 2: Once on the Reports main page navigate to the Data Analysis tab

Then click the down arrow next to the DASHGreatLakes folder to expand the section. Scroll down until you see the DEHCR heading and click "RUN" on the DEHCR Monitoring Report

Step 3: Select Prompts

Reporting Period Filter: Choose the start and end dates of the reporting period
Program Name - pulls data by specific programs selected

To review the data quality report view the screen or download to the CSV format to review each section individually

To Download, click the three dots on the upper right side of the report and select Download

Choose the PDF format and click download
