Project Oversight - Quick Guide
Clarity provides numerous tools to support program oversight. These include reports to aid data clean up, analyze programs, and assess their outcomes. Below is an overview of some particularly useful reports to get you started. Please reach out to your system administrator if you have questions.

** [Data Analysis] reports require a Looker Data Analysis License. Contact your System Admin if you have questions.
Data Completeness and Clean up– Reports to support data collection and identify issues associated with client profiles, enrollments, annual assessments, contacts, and program exit.
[GNRL-106] Program Roster– Reports out data including who is enrolled, who has a housing move in date, who exited, and who is the assigned case manager.
[HUDX-225] HMIS Data Quality Report – All the data quality questions from the APR and CAPER. Use the web-based version to identify missing data from client profiles, program enrollments, assessments, exit screens, etc.
[DQXX-102] Program Data Review – Covers a subset of the data included in the [HUDX-225] HMIS Data Quality Report presented in an efficient and intuitive format for client level data clean up.
[Data Analysis] EHH Report for Data Quality – A large report with multiple data quality tables, agencies can use this report to quickly compare projects to identify problem areas for further analysis.
[Data Analysis] Data Completeness – Annual Assessments – Contains program and client level tables associated with this annual task. Also useful for ensuring income is updated annually.
[EXIT-101] Potential Exits – Service based projects can use this report to identify clients without recent contact.
Program Analysis – Tools to increase understanding of who a program is serving
[HUDX-228] ESG CAPER and [HUDX-227] Annual Performance Report – A potentially overwhelming about of information about who a project is serving including client demographics, prior living situation and more. All the data HUD is most concerned about for ESG or CoC funded projects.
[OUTS-106] Client Demographics – Visualization of the demographic fields from the CAPER/APR
Outcome Analysis – Tools for assessing program performance and outcomes. See this training for additional information.
[HUDX-228] ESG CAPER and [HUDX-227] Annual Performance Report– A potentially overwhelming about of information about programs including average length of time in the project, average time to housing move in, exit destinations, and more. All the data HUD is most concerned about for ESG or CoC funded projects.
[OUTS-205] Program Recidivism – An alternative to the SPMs that programs can use to monitor returns to homelessness after clients leave.
[Data Analysis] Equity Analysis in Program Outcomes – A tool for comparing program exit destinations across demographic subgroups.
Funding/Program Type Specific Reports – Additional reports designed to support the analysis needs of specific funding sources.
