Street Outreach Monthly Contacts

The Street Outreach - Monthly Street Contact Counts is a Looker based report that looks at contacts with clients living on the street by month.  The report looks at how many clients each month are identified as living on the street along with how many contacts were made.  It can be viewed statewide, by HUD CoC, Local Housing Coalition and by Programs.  This report can be run any time for any time period.  If you want to run this report for more than just your program, please contact your HMIS System Administrator.

When reviewing the report: 

• Ensure an enrollment is started for each client
• Ensure each contact/Current Living Situation for each client is entered and up to date in the client's enrollment
• All clients without contact greater than 60 days need to be exited for the date of last contact
• Best practice to include a location detail of contact of where the client is sleeping in the Current Living Situation when client located in Place Not Meant for Human Habitation

Accessing the Exports

Step 1: Click on the    Launchpad Icon, and select the Reports icon. 

Step 2: Once on the     Reports main page, click the down arrow next to the DASHGreatLakes folder to expand the section and click RUN on the PATH Data Completeness report

 Step 3: Click Run and Select Prompts.

• Reporting Period Filter: Choose the start and end dates of the reporting period
• Program Name: Choose the Outreach programs for your agency

To review the data quality report view the screen or download to the PDF format.

• To Download, click the three dots on the upper right side of the report and select Download

• Choose the PDF format and click download
• Choose Letter and Landscape
