A Looker license is required to run this report.  This report printed in PDF format is used to submit this report.

Report Location and Instructions:

1. Report Launch Pad
2. Data Analysis tab
3. Under DEHCR section, 

4. Recover Voucher Report

To Run the Report:

1. Enter the reporting period date for the quarter.  
   1. End date should be plus one date, Example: 7/1/22 - 10/1/22 would be the first quarter report dates
2. Enter the Program Name(s) to be included in the report

To Print the Report:

Click the 3 dots and select "Download"

   Download as PDF
   
   • Paper Size: Letter
   • Orientation: Landscape
   • Expand to show all rows
