[HSNG-200] Current Housing Availability Report
Report Purpose and Summary
This report summarizes, by housing project type, the program name and the amount of available bed and unit inventory on the night before the report is run. Anyone can run the report, but the returned information will be limited based on the access rights of the user.
Instructions
Make sure you are operating in Clarity under the agency you are running the report for. You can check and change this under your name in the top right corner.
Step 1: Click on the Launchpad Icon and select the Reports icon.
Step 2:Once on the Reports main page, click the down arrowto expand the Housing section.
Step 3: Click the Run button next to [HSNG -200] Current Housing Availability Report.
Reporting Parameters
Step 4:Enter the following parameters:
Agency Filter Category | Choose which screen the CoC filter should be applied to |
CoC | Choose which Continuum of Care to run the report for |
Program Type(s) | Choose which program type(s) to include (hold either control/command/shift button to select multiple types) |
Program Status | Choose whether to include only Active, Inactive, or all programs |
Program(s) | Choose which program(s) to include (hold either control/command/shift button to select multiple) |
Apply Location Filter | If turned on, report will only include clients where the latest client location matches the CoC selected above |
Report Output Format | Choose *Web Page, PDF, or Excel |
*Drilldown Functionality is available when run in Web Page Format
Step 5: Click submit
The file will be sent to the Report Queue. Once the report is processed, you will receive a notification that the report is ready.
To open the report, either select Open on the popup or click the Queue icon and then click Open.
Reporting Details
The report is organized into charts by Project Type and provides the following information for the selected programs:
Drilldown functionality is available to view the list of clients included in the “Total in Use” column.
Grand total counts for each Project Type are included at the end of the report:
