Reporting Details

The report shows the number of individual clients and families who reside in certain zip codes for the selected service(s). This zip code information is taken from the Zip Code of Last Address found on the client's Profile screen. The Zip Code of Last Address must be filled out to see these services separated by zip code. If it is not filled out, then it will show up as NA.

Drilldown Functionality

Drilldown functionality is activated when clicking on the number of families or individuals. This will populate a list of clients who received the service and are associated with that zip code.
