[RFRL-122] CE Community Queue Detail Report
Report Purpose and Summary
This report provides details about clients on Coordinated Entry Community Queues. In order to be included in this report clients must have a Coordinated Entry assessment completed within their Coordinated Entry program enrollment. In addition, the clients referral to the Community Queue must be connected to their CE assessment. All users can run the report. There are restrictions for which information can be accessed based on the rights of the user.
Instructions
Make sure you are operating in Clarity under the agency you are running the report for. You can check and change this under your name in the top right corner.
Step 1: Click on the Launchpad, then click on the Reports icon.
Step 2: In the Report Library, click the down arrow next to the Community and Referrals folder to expand the section.
Step 3: Click the Run button next to [RFRL-122] CE Community Queue Detail Report.
Reporting Parameters
Step 4: Enter the following parameters
CoC |
Can only select one CoC to run the report for at a time |
Queue(s) |
Choose which community queue(s) to include in the report (hold either control/command/shift button to select multiple) |
Race(s) |
Select the race(s) of clients to include in the report (hold either control/command/shift button to select multiple) |
Ethnicity |
Select the ethnicity of clients to include in the report |
Veteran Status |
Select whether to include clients with veteran status in the report |
Any Disability |
Select whether to include clients who were reported to have a disability within their enrollment |
Report Output Format |
Select Web Page, PDF or Excel |
Step 5: Click submit
The file will be sent to the Report Queue. Once the report is processed, you will receive a notification that the report is ready.
To open the report, either select Open on the popup or click the Queue icon and then click Open.
Reporting Details
This report provides the following fields of data for each client on the Community Queue:
Unique ID
Client Name
Gender
Social Security Number
Age
Race
Ethnicity
Veteran Status
Assessment Date
Assessment Processor (indicates the type of CE assessment tool used)
Assessment Score
Days on Queue
