[GNRL-401] VI-SPDAT Details

Report Purpose and Summary  

This report returns a list of clients assessed during the reporting period with the VI-SPDAT score details. The list is broken down by suggested housing type based on VI-SPDAT assessment score. All users can run the report. There are restrictions for which information can be accessed based on the rights of the user.

Instructions 

Make sure you are operating in Clarity under the agency you are running the report for. You can check and change this under your name in the top right corner.


Step 1: Click on the Launchpad, then click on the Reports icon.  

 

Step 2: In the Report Library, click the down arrow next to the Community and Referrals folder to expand the section.

Step 3: Click the Run button next to [GNRL-401] VI-SPDAT Details.

  

Reporting Parameters

Step 4: Enter the following parameters

Assessment(s)

Select which VI-SPDAT assessment(s) to include in the report (hold either control/command/shift button to select multiple

Report Date Range

Select the date range of assessments to include in the report

Report Output Format

Select Web Page, PDF or Excel

Note: If the report contains more than 80,000 rows, the Report Output Format will be automatically changed to Excel.

 

Step 5: Click submit

The file will be sent to the Report Queue. Once the report is processed, you will receive a notification that the report is ready.

 

To open the report, either select Open on the popup or click the Queue icon and then click Open.

Reporting Details

Each selected Assessment will be displayed in its own table. The client assessments will be sorted by Assessment Date in descending order and Client Name in ascending order.

At the end of each assessment subsection is a Missing Score. If clients are pulled into this section, it means the Assessment Processor does not have Score Ranges at all or have those that clients' score are outside the range.
