The follow trainings and resources are available to support users of the Madison / Dane County Coordinated Entry system:

Tier-1: Initial assessment and Shelter and Street Outreach enrollment

Overnight shelters and street outreach should collect responses to the Madison / Dane CoC CE enrollment fields on their project enrollment screen in Clarity HMIS. This information, along with a households HMIS history, is used for Tier-1 prioritization and if these fields are not complete, accurate, and current, the household will not be appropriately considered for CE housing opportunities.
