Milwaukee CoC - Coordinated Entry Revised 2026

Milwaukee Coordinated Entry Guide

We’re excited to announce the release of the updated Coordinated Entry Training, developed to help staff and partners navigate the revised process that went into effect in January 2026.

In the video, we walk you through the training, which serves as both a refresher and an essential update. We address some of the ongoing challenges we face—particularly the high demand and limited supply of housing resources—and emphasize the critical role of accurate data entry, proper client assessment, and provider responsibilities in ensuring a successful Coordinated Entry system.
