Dane CE – Tier 1 Data Quality Report

Background

In July 2024 the Madison / Dane CoC began collecting some additional information during Street Outreach and Shelter enrollments that will be used determine our Tier-1 prioritization ranking in the reimagined CE the CoC will begin using soon. In order for folks to be accurately considered for the housing opportunities available through CE they will need to have responses to the new fields which cover topics such as ER, and jail utilization, etc. While clients of course may choose not to answer the questions, doing so will make it extremely unlikely they will prioritize for referral to Tier-2. The Dane CE - Tier-1 Data Quality report is intended to support agencies in identifying which clients are missing this information so they may attempt to collect it.

Please note, that if clients have multiple enrollments, it is only the most recent active enrollment that will pull into the report so it will be necessary to collaborate with other providers if there are discrepancies in the data collection.
