BoS Expanded Coordinated Entry - HOME ARP
This Coordinated Entry system is based on a process dictated by the Wisconsin Balance of State CoC. The Balance of State CoC has expanded their Coordinated Entry system to include a referral and prioritization process for HOME ARP Supportive Services programs. There is an HMIS referral process and list and a Non-HMIS referral process and list.
This training only covers the process of making and accepting HOME ARP referrals in HMIS, and how to generate the HOME ARP Prioritization List in HMIS. It does not review the Non-HMIS process.
