HOME-ARP DEHCR

The HOME-ARP program is administered by the WI Division of Energy, Housing and Community Resources (DEHCR), and addresses the need for homelessness assistance and supportive services. For more information about program requirements, please visit DEHCR's website.

HOME-ARP Specific Data Elements

In addition to the HMIS Core Data Elements, HOME-ARP grantees are required to collect the following data elements.

Additional Data Element When it is Recorded
HOME ARP Household Type Recorded at program entry.
HOME ARP Qualifying Population* Recorded at program entry. 
Has a HOME ARP Supportive Services or Housing Program application? Recorded at program entry.
Date of HOME ARP application Recorded at program entry.
Fleeing DV Status Recorded at program entry and anytime there is a change to a household's Fleeing DV Status. Changes to a household's Fleeing DV Status must be recorded on a Status Update Assessment.
Current Living Situation A Current Living Situation Assessment must be documented at program entry, and at least one time per month throughout the household's enrollment in the program.
HOME ARP Reason for Exit Recorded at program exit.

Program Entry

Current Living Situation and Status Update Assessments

Current Living Situation Assessments and Status Update Assessments can be added from the "Assessments" tab within the household's program enrollment.

  • A Current Living Situation Assessment must be added at program entry, and for each month that a household remains in the HOME ARP program.
  • A Status Update Assessment must be added whenever there is a change to a household's Fleeing DV Status.
