Program Analysis and Outcomes Using Reports

Want to learn more about how to use Clarity reports to analyze and assess your programs? This training covers available Clarity reports to answer questions about who programs are serving and the basic outcomes of those interventions. Covering both “canned” reports available to all users and Looker Reports for those with a Data Analysis license these reports can aid efforts to improve data quality, pull numbers for grant applications, and support program improvement initiatives. Reports covered include the APR, Program Recidivism, and equity-based demographics reports in looker among others.

If you do not have a Looker License and need one, please contact your HMIS System Administrator.
